Business and Commercial Mediation Pilot Scheme Launched
On September 1 Chambers Ireland in conjunction with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Law Society, the Bar Council of Ireland and the Mediator’s Institute of Ireland and supported by the Courts Service of Ireland launched a Business and Commercial Mediation Pilot Scheme with the objective of promoting awareness of mediation as a cost and resource efficient way for businesses to resolve commercial disputes.Sligo Chamber is encouraging its member companies to consider mediation as an alternative and cost-effective way of resolving business disputes.
